Our company's full name: Sződy és tsa Épületgépészeti Tervező, Szakértő és Hidrobiológiai Szakértő Kft. [Sződy and Associates Building Engineering Design, Expert, and Hydrobiology Expert Ltd.]. Sződy and Associates was established in June of 2005 drawing on more than 25 years of experience. Our main activity is the building engineering designing of residential, municipal, and industrial buildings.

Our services include the following main areas:

• water supply,

• sewage systems,

• gas supply,

• central heating and cooling,

• ventilation and climate control.

In addition to our main activity, we also deal with the preparation of studies and feasibility calculations, engineering consultancy, and hydrobiology design and consultancy.

We consider our priority to be to meeting all customer requirements to the full; to ensure we can do so, we also provide general contracting by way of our connections in the relevant planning and design fields.

We devote a great deal of care to effectively and economically solving any incurred technical issues and to preparing designs that meet the requirements of the highest quality. We provide our customers with quality services with the use modern, advanced building engineering solutions - including the use of renewable energy sources where feasible.

In addition to our experience in both theory and practice, the dependability, exactitude, and speed of our work is guaranteed by the most advanced computer programs and calculatory methods.

3D design software is used to design ventilation works to ensure quick and exact design, leading to a more transparent method of implementation and materials ordering.

We also deliver our designs on colour print-outs.

The company presently employees 4 building engineers, and we naturally have the required Chamber licenses in the fields of design and consultancy. Depending on the size of the project at hand and the undertaken deadline, we also involve the work of subcontractors.

We regularly participate in both Hungarian and foreign exhibitions and professional trainings to ensure that our skills and technical information remain up to date and are in line with the times.
